• Usage data — Device type, browser, and app interactions employed to monitor system performance, detect bugs, and enhance user experience through aggregate analytics.
• IP address — Temporarily used for security, abuse prevention, and to support regional settings.

What we do NOT do:

• Train AI models using your data
• Sell or monetize personal information
• Profile users for advertising
• Manually access chat content

Encryption: All chat messages are encrypted in transit and at rest using modern encryption standards.

Processing occurs under: consent, contract performance, legitimate interest (security/usability), and legal obligations.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your account data and chat history are stored in Switzerland with our hosting and database providers. To provide the AI functionality, your chat messages are transmitted to and processed by our AI/LLM inference providers in the EU/EEA.

Service providers in Switzerland and EU/EEA handle data under contractual obligations.
